About GAINS
GAINS is on a mission to make supply chains smarter, faster, and self-improving, powered by AI. Our Decision Engineering & Orchestration (DEO) platform doesn't just support decisions, it drives them by aligning strategy, planning, and execution across every level of the supply chain. We serve inventory-intensive industries where the stakes are high and the complexity is real, helping customers move from reactive, spreadsheet-driven planning to continuously learning, AI-led operations that deliver measurable results fast. At GAINS, we call it Moving Forward Faster, and it's not a tagline, it's how we're redefining what's possible in supply chain decision-making.
About the Role
The Marketing Operations Analyst is a generalist role covering the day-to-day systems and program work that keeps GAINS marketing running smoothly. This person splits time between administering HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing tools, and organizing the logistics behind marketing programs, including events and third- party demand generation initiatives. Reporting into Marketing, this role suits someone comfortable moving between spreadsheets, systems, and vendor calls in the same day, and who enjoys keeping many moving pieces on track rather than specializing narrowly in one area.
What You'll Do
Provide day-to-day administration of HubSpot and Salesforce, including workflows, list segmentation, lead routing, and basic troubleshooting for the marketing team
Support the execution of successful field marketing events, including venue and vendor coordination, event strategy and follow up execution
Support third party demand generation initiatives, including vendor coordination, lead delivery tracking, and basic performance reporting
Pull together marketing KPI reporting and dashboards covering campaign performance, event results, and pipeline contribution
Help document and refine marketing processes, from event checklists to lead handling steps, so the team runs consistently
Act as a point of contact for the marketing tools contracted by the team, helping with onboarding, licensing questions, and routine admin and contract management
Work with RevOps and Sales Operations to keep data definitions and reporting consistent between HubSpot and Salesforce
Keep an eye on data quality across marketing systems, flagging and cleaning up duplicates or incomplete records
Maintain campaign tracking basics like UTM parameters and form setups across events and third- party programs
Track marketing spend across systems, events, and vendors and flag anything that looks off or underused
Own day-to-day management of GAINS's social media channels, including scheduling, posting, and basic performance tracking
Jump in wherever needed to support the broader marketing team on operational and logistical tasks
What We're Looking For
Must Have
3+ years of experience in a marketing operations, marketing coordinator, or similar generalist role
Working familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
Basic working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM
Some experience coordinating event logistics, even at a smaller scale
Comfort juggling systems work, program coordination, and vendor communication in the same week
Solid Excel or spreadsheet skills for pulling together reporting
Strong organizational skills and follow-through on multiple concurrent tasks
Good attention to detail, particularly around data entry and record accuracy
Nice to Have
Experience in a B2B SaaS or supply chain technology company
HubSpot certification (Marketing Hub or Revenue Operations)
Exposure to third party demand generation or lead gen vendors
Experience supporting trade show or conference logistics
What You'll Gain
Ownership of the systems and data infrastructure that directly shape how marketing measures and reports its impact
Direct exposure to how marketing operations connects to pipeline and revenue outcomes across the business
A collaborative, low-bureaucracy culture where process improvements are implemented quickly
A comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, generous PTO, and professional development
